Policy
Workshop tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time. Refund requests made after that period are non-refundable because materials and venue allocations are prepared in advance.
If The Palette Society cancels or reschedules an event, customers may choose a full refund or transfer their booking to another available workshop.
